产品特性DESCRIPTION

SWE81Ni2,相较于SWE81Ni1具有更优的低温强度及韧性,-50℃低温环境仍具有良好的焊接性能及冲击韧性。

适用于Q550D、桥梁S550QLASTM A514等同级别钢材。

Compared with SWE81Ni1, SWE81Ni2 has better low-temperature strength and toughness, and still maintains good welding performance and impact toughness in a low-temperature environment of -50℃. It is suitable for steels of the same grade such as Q550D, bridge steel S550QL and ASTM A514.


应用APPLICATIONS

适用于550MPa级高强钢结构的焊接,多用于船舶、机械制造、容器、石油化工、桥梁、海洋平台等钢结构的焊接。

It is suitable for welding 550MPa-grade high-strength steel structures, and is mostly used for welding steel structures in fields such as shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, pressure vessels, petrochemical industry, bridges, and offshore platforms.
