产品特性DESCRIPTION

SWE309L,为低碳(0.03%)的药芯焊丝可以减少晶间碳化物沉淀的可能性,从而在不使用稳定剂(如铌或钛)的情况下,提高抗晶间腐蚀的能力。

SWE309L is a low-carbon (0.03%) flux-cored wire, which can reduce the possibility of intergranular carbide precipitation. Thus, it enhances the resistance to intergranular corrosion without the use of stabilizers (such as niobium or titanium).


应用APPLICATIONS

用于碳钢和不锈钢异种材料焊接、石油化工行业反应容器内壁堆焊过渡金属或应用于韧性较差的马氏体、铁素体不锈钢焊接。

It is used for the welding of dissimilar materials between carbon steel and stainless steel, the surfacing of transition metals on the inner wall of reaction vessels in the petrochemical industry, and the welding of martensitic and ferritic stainless steels with poor toughness.
