产品特性DESCRIPTION

SWE316L主要成分为19Cr、12.5Ni和2.5Mo,更低的C含量,可降低间隙中析出碳化铬的可能性,从而增加稳定剂(如铌或钛)的效果。这种填充金属可抵抗奥氏体合金中的晶间腐蚀。

The main components of SWE316L are 19% Cr, 12.5% Ni, and 2.5% Mo. Its lower carbon content can reduce the possibility of chromium carbide precipitation in the gaps, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of stabilizers (such as niobium or titanium). This filler metal is resistant to intergranular corrosion in austenitic alloys.


应用APPLICATIONS

It is used in operating environments such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and petroleum.
