产品特性DESCRIPTION

金属粉型 50kg 级药芯焊丝,药粉中增加了较多的金属合金成分, 除有效的保证焊缝强度外,也增加了焊接铁水流动性,焊接效率较一般材料提升 10%。产品中增加了氟化物的含量,氟化物在焊接过程中与氢产生化合物,有效的降低焊缝氢含量,增强了焊缝的抗裂性,产品适用于厚板材料和易开裂结构的焊接场景。

The metal powder type 50kg class flux-cored welding wire has an increased amount of metal alloy components in its powder. In addition to effectively ensuring the weld strength, it also improves the fluidity of the welding molten iron, increasing the welding efficiency by 10% compared with ordinary materials. The fluoride content in the product has been increased. During the welding process, fluoride forms compounds with hydrogen, which effectively reduces the hydrogen content in the weld and enhances the crack resistance of the weld. This product is suitable for welding scenarios involving thick plate materials and crack-prone structures.
